Senior Engineering Manager ( E-Commerce / .NET )

Fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Manager looking for their next career move. Operating within an Agile framework, you'll collaborate with the product team to advance a suite of eCommerce products. This entails partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA Engineers across development teams.

Our client is seeking an individual who performs well in collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
Given our clients' focus on .NET technologies, strong experience of relevant tools is essential: .NET, .Net Core, Web API, and Azure integration. Familiarity with Entity Framework and SQL Server is advantageous, as is experience in JavaScript/Angular.

*Candidates applying for this position must be able to come in to the Newry office at least 2 days a week*

Key Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering, with several years in leadership roles.
• Deep technical expertise with a track record of solving complex problems.
• Proficiency in development stack: C#, WebApi, .NET Core, NoSQL, Microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (advantageous).
• Experience with the Azure stack or other cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Test Driven Development within an Agile SCRUM environment.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in articulating ideas effectively.
