What you'll do
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions for Credit Control
- Work as part of a team with credit controllers and billing assistants
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensuring collections are made in a timely manner
- Support the Team lead and management
- Assist with month end
- Accurately record all transactions to the ERP system
About you
- Minimum of 1 years experience in credit control or billing revenue
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptable to change
- You will possess strong systems / IT skills
- Proven record of meeting tight deadlines
