Senior Human Resources Advisor x 2

Two Senior HR Advisors are required to work with our client, Northern Ireland Ambulance Services. This post is based at Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast. The successful candidates will need to travel between all NIAS locations. This is a temporary ongoing post that will last between 3-6 months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will start immediately and work 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of £18.10 per hour.

The successful candidates will have specific responsibilities in relation to providing core advice, guidance and support to Managers on a range of workforce issues, with a particular focus on attendance management and employee relations matters.

What The Job Entails:

• Provide comprehensive and consistent advice, support and guidance to Managers and staff

• Provide advice, support, and guidance to Managers in taking a proactive approach to attendance management

• Provide advice, support, and guidance to Managers and staff in relation to relevant NHS terms and conditions and processes, including sick pay, injury allowance, ill health termination and ill health retirement

• Provide advice, support, and guidance to Managers in the relation to their statutory responsibility to make reasonable adjustments

What We Need From You:

• A relevant degree (Business, HRM, Psychology etc)

• Two years experience within a HR capacity

• Full driving licence with access to own car

• Business Insurance
