Mechanical Engineer

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Mechanical Engineer, based in the Dungannon area, Co.Tyrone Northern Ireland.

This is a new position for the company due to growth and the need to add another skilled engineer to support the wider team.

Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work with 2 others to ensure the effective creation of all drawings, project planning and support for workshop staff on technical issues daily.
Using SolidWorks, you will work with customers, management, and workshop, to create detailed drawings for all projects.
Plan works required current and upcoming projects, ensuring the best use of raw materials, staff and time management.
Create nesting documents for workshop staff.
Support workshop staff with any technical issues.
Support installation teams with drawings and technical support enquiries.
Laise with customers on all projects to ensure high-quality products that meet their needs.

Requirements
Ideally degree educated in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification, or experience from working in the industry.
Min 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience in drawing and workshop support.
Ability to support project management, planning and interact with customers in a professional manner.
High attention to detail on all drawings, great teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in SolidWorks.
Great planning, problem-solving skills and a Can-Do attitude.

Rewards
Salary £35000 - £45000 depending on experience.
