Grounds Person required to start immediately for our client the NI Housing Executive, this post is based in Antrim. The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Friday at a rate of £11.59 per hour.
Main Duties
- Driving and operating a range of mechanical/electrical equipment and machinery.
- Using a range of hand and power tools to cut and edge hedges and grass.
- Building and maintaining shrub beds and grassed areas including reclaiming, fencing-off, ground planning & preparation, removal of dead trees, planting trees, shrubs and flower bulbs, fixing tree guards, staking, mulching, grading, reseeding, rolling, and watering as required.

What we need from you
- At least 1 year’s ground maintenance experience.
- Valid driving licence including category’s B and E.
