Plumber immediately required for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive based in Coleraine. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with a salary of £12.02 per hour. Working hours will be 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
The post holder will be working with the Housing Executive travelling to properties to carry out any essential plumbing work that is required.
Duties:
- Inspect, repair and replace any plumbing systems in NIHE properties and leave them in a safe and tidy condition
- Collaborate with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary
- Support and mentor apprentices as necessary
- Other Ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria:
- Successfully completed a plumbing apprenticeship
- Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a plumbing environment
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Desirable Criteria:
- 3 years relevant experience working in a plumbing environment
- Full driving licence that includes C1 category
