We are seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join our Head Office
Team in Belfast who will be responsible for ensuring regulations and internal
policies are met in relation to the processing of applicants for roles and the
ongoing compliance of existing employees.
The role involves processing of high volume applications to the point
candidates are ready to start employment and then monitoring compliance in line
with regulations whilst employees remain at work.
What The Job
Entails:

Posting advertisements
on various sites
·
Creating
applicant files, both manually and computerised
·
Ensuring all
applicants have provided sufficient relevant documents
·
Contacting companies
for employment related references
·
Booking training
courses with the relevant department and candidates
·
Creating profiles
in relation to candidates suitability for work
·
Processing Access
Ni checks
·
Ensuring ongoing
weekly compliance for a large pool of staff and processing the relevant
documents for this
·
Maintaining
records of all of the above
·
Assisting
Consultants with a range of paperwork on a daily basis
What We Need From
You:
·
A minimum of 6
months experience working within an office environment
·
Previous
experience in handling a high volume of paperwork
·
Good customer
service skills and telephone manner
·
Be computer
literate and able to use all computer applications
·
An ability to
ensure work is completed and to be answerable for uncompleted tasks
