Management Accountant

Your new company
Our client is a leading construction organisation who are expanding their accounts department. Engaged in high profile contracts, they can deliver a wide range of services across their business. An award-winning company, they want to develop their team to deliver better information throughout the team.

Your new role
As the Management Accountant, you will report to the Financial Director, and you will be working to produce the management accounts and the financial accounts. You will be leading a small team of people to provide the best accounting service.

• Production of the Management and Financial Accounts
• Preparing cashflow statements as required, bank reconciliations and supervising payments
• Ensuring that Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled monthly, and any risks are highlighted
• Being a point of contact for all financial queries
• Ensuring VAT, CIS, RCT returns are submitted in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced accountant with the ability to produce sets of accounts. Our client would be open to a qualified or a qualified-by-experience accountant for this role. You will be able to work with all types of people and have excellent communication skills.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of between £4 - £45000 per annum, dependent on the candidates' experience. Our client also offers a flexible working system if you would like to WFH.
