Your new role
Due to an upcoming key scheme, this firm are currently seeking the services of an experienced Site Manager to join them on a key project in Belfast City Centre. This project will include the refurbishment of six floors of office space and existing amenities. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently on the ground, whilst supervising subcontractors and being the main point of contact with a key client. This is a key project with potential for up to eight months’ work based exclusively in Belfast City Centre.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be accustomed to overseeing £multimillion refurbishment or fit out schemes, putting a particular focus on health & safety and delivering projects to schedule, meeting targets and exceeding client standards. You will be an excellent communicator, using years of industry expertise and experience to liaise regularly and effectively with the client. You must have previous experience working on fast-paced major commercial schemes.
You must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification. As this is an imminent requirement, you must be available to start in the next two weeks.
