A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a recognisable group in Portadown who require a Purchase Ledger to join their team. This is working with a name synonymous within the retail industry.

Salary/ Benefits

In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package is on offer based on experience plus a range of benefits including:

  • £23,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience)
  • 12 Month Contract covering maternity
  • Split of office and home working

The Ideal Person

If you’ve 3+ years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Purchase Ledger experience – processing high volume of invoices
  • Experience of a computerised accounting system
  • Multi-currency experience
  • Bank reconciliations experience

Responsibilities

As a Purchase Ledger clerk you will:

  • Process high volume of purchase invoices
  • Match, batch, and code invoices
  • Prepare and submit payment runs
  • Handling all supplier and invoice queries
  • Bank reconciliations
