Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Aldergrove)
Salary Range: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our Engineering team, leveraging your expertise to ensure project success. From tender preparation to contract negotiation and budget management, your role will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while upholding our commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate costs for tenders and contracts.
- Procure subcontractors and manage order documentation.
- Monitor project variations and generate monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
- Contribute to budget development and provide ongoing monitoring.
- Support strategic project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, fostering continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Degree in a construction-related field.
- Previous experience in an airport environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
