Maintenance Engineer

We are currently working alongside one of N.I.’s fasted growing manufacturing companies. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to their team in Dungannon. Working as part of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Engineer will be assisting in the maintenance, repair and modification of all manufacturing and facility plant and equipment.

The Role:

• Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all manufacturing and facility equipment on a daily basis.
• Actively minimise plant and equipment downtime in support of production by responding quickly to breakdown situations when required.
• Carry out planned maintenance on bespoke equipment and contribute to continuous improvements on machines and processes.
• Read, interpret and understand electrical schematics, control system logic diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Personal Specification:

• 3 years proven experience of maintaining plant and equipment in a production environment
• A basic understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
• Experience of preventative maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve maintenance issues
