Machine Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent - Antrim

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for liaising with the site manager to ensure ensure company compliance across all sites. Duties will include:

• Responsible for planned scheduled maintenance
• Timely completion of work carried out
• Daily, weekly, monthly operator checks underpinned with safe operating procedures
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve any issues
• Check electrical and pneumatic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Implement training and education to enhance employee development
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Criteria:

• Proven experience as Maintenance Manager/ Machine Maintenance Supervisor or other equivalent role
• Strong ability to analyse, resolve and implement solutions through sound problem solving techniques
• Familiar working to KPI’s
• Ability to analyse and present data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Demonstrates leadership ability - able to counsel, guide and evaluate the work of others in a manner that motivates the achievement of company goals
• Strong organisational skills
