Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a large public sector organisation with a current temporary Filing Retention Project Officer role. Situated in Bangor, County Down. 6 months+ ongoing.
The Client - This large organisation operates across a broad remit through its specific departments. Currently the Directoriate of Corporate Services is overseeing a large caseload of confidential documents/ archived materials.
The Role – This role is anticipated to run for 6 months with the view of potential extension. Full time on site with some 'site to site' travel (Bangor & Ards).
Duties would include but not be limited to:
- Filing
- Archiving of confidential materials
- Processing of priority documentation
- Movement and transport of large caseloads
- Independent /lone working
- Other data entry duties as required
The Person - Essential Criteria
- 2 A levels or equivalent (Including Maths and English)
- Excellent communication and IT Skills.
- Experience in administration / data input & file handling
- Strong work ethic
