About your next employer
The main purpose of this position is to act as a primary point-of-contact for customers, dealing with their queries in a professional and timely manner. As well as assisting management with the day to day running of the office and setting up for meetings.
About you
- 3+ years’ customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills
What you’ll do
- Manage the schedules and communications of key managers.
- Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
- Prioritising emails and phone calls
- Gathering documents to prepare for meetings.
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Discretely handling confidential and sensitive information
- Information gathering and web searching.
- Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
