MSL in Northern Ireland has been in the Executive Recruitment business for almost 25 years. Originating in London in 1955 the name of MSL has been synonymous with Executive Search in the U.K. and Ireland for half a century.

Our business in Northern Ireland is probably known better for its Executive Search arm but Advertised Selection remains a sizable portion of our business (but it is invariably accompanied by a Search).

We work from the premise that the ‘best people are totally committed to the role they are in and as such rarely look at job advertisements. We know where these people are through continuous networking and having the necessary intellectual curiosity to make it our business to know who is making a difference in each business sector.

Our consultants are differentiated in the market in that they themselves had held down senior management positions here and overseas and as such can add sound judgement to the process as well as knowing where the best can be found.

We are invariably the first port of call when senior executives are contemplating a move back to the Province and this ensures that our Data Bank of people and skill sets is unparalleled.
