Ann’s Home Care is based in Annaghmore near Portadown and provides services to clients in their own home throughout the Southern and South Eastern Region.

As a locally based company we have strong links and good working relationship with external health care professionals such as GPs, district Nurses, Social workers, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
