Start360 is an award winning, innovative and value led organisation. Our vision is EVERY PERSON STRONGER - we want to create and contribute to a society that can provide support for those who are at risk of becoming vulnerable and need some help to get back on track and reach their full potential.

We provide a range of services and interventions in the areas of Health, Justice and Employability and pride ourselves in delivering person-centred support services for people with a wide variety of needs.

In the 2020-21 financial year, we worked with 20,009 individuals and their families. We have offices across Northern Ireland – in Belfast, Ballymena, Lurgan, Derry/Londonderry and in the three prisons – Maghaberry, Magilligan and Hydebank College. We currently employ 80 people, delivering 27 services.
