is looking for a Creative to join our busy Creative Team and create the
best work in the country.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of the Creative
team producing creative, design and digital concepts for client
communications.
- Presenting concepts to clients.
- Client dialogue and meetings.
- Art direction of film and photographic
shoots on location where required.
- Estimating timing and costing of
jobs.
- Allocating and overseeing of creative,
design, and digital communications within Creative team colleagues.
- Contributing to the profitable
conduct of creative outputs.
- Completing all jobs to the required
finish for all production outputs..
- Developing excellent working
relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to
detail in all creative work at every stage, while working to production
schedules.
- Contributing to written content to
tenders and pitches.
- Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from
time-to-time.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, staff
performance appraisals and reviews as required.
- Comply with Data Protection Regulations with regard to safeguarding
sensitive customer information at all times.
- Perform
the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and support all other company policies, procedures,
processes and working practices, including adhering to best practice.

Essential
Qualifications/Attainments
A
third level qualification in a Design or Advertising discipline
or
Experience
in ideas and execution of broadcast, print and digital campaigns.
Experience

of working in an advertising agency.

Desirable
Experience
Minimum
of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven
experience of communications within the Effectiveness Award and IPA Area.
Skills/Knowledge/Competencies/Disposition
Substantial
knowledge of Multimedia, photography, illustration & i-phone packages.
Knowledge
of Photoshop, Indesign, Freehand, Illustrator, Quicktime.
ISO
Awareness.
Capability
to pursue and generate new business.
Knowledge
of fashion.
