£30,000 + bonuses
Hours
Mon- Thurs 08:00 - 17:00
Friday 08:00 - 16:30
The Ideal Person
- Supervisory experience in a similar workshop/ service role, or wanting to step into a supervisory role
- Technical/ Mechanical knowledge of Agri or Plant machinery desirable
- Organised approach to running your department
- Excellent communicator across staff and colleagues as well as customers
- Management skills, can motivate and drive a high performing team
- Commercial acumen with sound understanding of financial information
Responsibilities
- Delegate and manage service engineer’s diaries
- Ensure department has a prioritised flow of work through the workshop engineers
- Raise retail service invoices promptly
- Organise mobile service work for call outs and update customers
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Work towards key targets for service performance and growth
