Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Salary c.£28K - £30K FTE DOE
McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with a County
Down based Property Management Company with an immediate need for an experienced
Bookkeeper who can join their growing team on a Part -Time basis.
Working alongside a small established team, the post holder
will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing the
financial transactions of this property management company
It is envisaged that the hours will be c.20hrs/week but this may
fluctuate slightly.
Eligibility
criteria:
·
Recent
relevant experience in a finance team (2-3 years minimum).
·
High
level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel.
·
Ability
to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload.
·
Ability
to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines.
·
Strong
planning and organising skills.
·
Good
numeracy and time management skills.
·
Keen
eye for detail.
