Non-Legal Panel Members of Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal - Employer Panel Member
DfE is seeking to recruit non-legal panel members to sit on Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal panels.
Industrial Tribunals decide legal disputes concerning a wide range of employment rights matters and The Fair Employment Tribunal similarly decides legal disputes about discrimination on grounds of religious belief or political opinion.
An appointment as member is for a renewable period of five years.
To ensure that appointments reflect the full range of employment across Northern Ireland, the Department would welcome applications from representatives of all types of industry and employment regardless of the size of enterprise in which an individual has worked.
