We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our esteemed team at NIE Networks in Craigavon. As a key member of our 24-hour Contact Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers across Northern Ireland.

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the frontline support for NIE Networks' customers, engaging primarily through inbound calls. Additionally, you'll extend assistance across various digital platforms, including social media, online chat, and email channels. Your primary objective will be to adeptly handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch telephone support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers with service-related enquiries and technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on our services and policies for accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues swiftly.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and maintain service quality.
  • Document customer interactions to contribute to service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed and reliable support.
