Manager
My client is a dynamic and innovative heavy
machinery manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area who are
exceptionally good to work for. They are currently seeking to recruit an Operations
Manager to lead a small but expanding team. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000
depending on experience plus healthcare and a pension.
Role – Operations
Manager
·
Develop and implement strategies to improve
overall operational efficiency and productivity.
·
Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team of
production supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
·
Manage and allocate resources, including
personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands efficiently.
·
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability,
and continuous improvement.
·
Analyse current manufacturing processes and
identify opportunities for optimization, automation and cost reduction.
·
Implement best practices to streamline
production workflows and minimize waste.
·
Implementation and management of IT systems that
support operations.
·
Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality
standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
