Responsibilities:
The creation of a General Manager role reflects the Group’s ongoing global expansion and the strategic significance of the Northern Ireland business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day to day management of the Northern Ireland business
* Developing strategy and driving all aspects of operational delivery
* Management of key strategic partnerships – suppliers and customers
* Responsibility for people and performance management
* Growing market share and increasing profitability
* Improving business processes and overall effectiveness
* Premises Key holder with all associated responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years+ experience in similar role
- Preferred background - Electrical, Manufacturing or Service Sector
- Someone who thrives in management with a proven track record in developing strategy, overseeing business improvement and understanding operational effectiveness.
- Results driven
- Effective people management – staff, suppliers and customers
- Problem solving and project management
- Financially experienced – budgets, delivery and P&L responsibility
