Recruitment Consultant (Tech Industry)

As our Reperio brand continues to thrive in the US, we are excited to be hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, ambitious, and resilient, with a desirable background in sales. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates – you’ll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process – you’ll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends – providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business – chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients – you’ll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process – your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

Expected Earnings

Year 1 OTE 30-45K

Year 2 45K+

Year 3 60K+

Year 4 100K+
