Job Title: Admin and Clerical Staff
Location: Belfast
Hours: Full-Time 37.5hrs, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay £11.45ph - £11.67ph
My client a leading public sector organisation is seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Admin and Clerical Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing and processing documents, including letters, reports, and invoices
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the department
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required
