“Our team at Core is a group of highly motivated, talented and diverse individuals,” Patricia commented, “and the fact that we have an even gender balance proves that you can break the glass ceiling in the software and technology market. This is what sets Core apart and makes us unique, and we would love to hear from individuals who wish to join our inimitable team.”

Huge swathes are the population remain uninspired to enter the IT industry but it seems that Core Systems has found the right formula when attracting new recruits.

Patricia added, “At Core Systems we nurture and grow the skills of our employees and we are a very diverse group of people. We have people from different backgrounds, from different countries and from different educational pathways. Each member of our team is an individual and isn’t another face in the crowd – we all play an active role in producing life-changing solutions for people in the prison and probation systems all around the world. That is what makes us the experts in our sector.” In addition, Core prides itself on the benefits it offers to its employees, especially working parents, with its flexible working hours’ policies and flexible annual leave allowance, plus a healthcare scheme which extends to family members.
