Orchardville is one of Northern Ireland’s largest providers of supported employment services to adults with learning disability and autism. We work to prepare over 250 students for employment and greater independence through support, training, practical onsite work experience as well as a variety of social programmes. We operate a number of social economy businesses that provide students with transferable skills helping them to progress into employment.
Our social enterprises include a cafe; The Orchard Cafe at Holywood Arches, Belfast. The Orchardville Business Centre, providing outsourced office support services to public, private and voluntary sector organisations throughout Northern Ireland and the Orchardville Company Limited; a glass bottle production and recycling business located at the Coca Cola (Ireland) factory in Lisburn.
