CDM Contracts Limited are a small family run business who provide home insulation solutions to a mainly domestic market from their base in Dowra, Co Leitrim. They provide free home insulation surveys, and offer recommendations based on the best insulation solution (and best return on your investment) for your home.

CDM Contracts core services include; cavity wall insulation, attic insulation, external wall insulation heating upgrades and ventilation. They have experience dealing with government and council grant schemes and fulfill all criteria; certificates and accreditations, to carry out this work. CDM Contracts have an experienced team who are very familiar with all schemes carried out by SEAI.

Our fully competent trained senior staff understand the requirements of the scheme and SEAI technical standards. With over 25 years experience in the industry, we are well placed to provide a quality and an affordable service.
