LOCATION: Novosco, Belfast

RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Based in our Belfast office the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all offices and locations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of internal and external channels
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding
  • Providing accurate information for reporting
  • Working with external partners to generate referrals
  • Arranging and organise recruitment days
  • Management of email and telephone correspondence with candidates
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all interactions with candidates.
  • Production of accurate daily and weekly reports

In addition to the above duties and responsibilities the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity change the general character or level of responsibility to the post.

Skills and qualities required:

Experience and Knowledge:

  • High volume recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of the IT Sector
  • Experience using PAMs, desirable
  • A proven track record recruiting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A desire to continually challenge and improve existing processes
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills

Interpersonal Skills:

  • A high level of self-motivation together with a willingness to learn new skills
  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to the job.
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Great attention to detail
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision, work under pressure and maintain high effectiveness.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism creating a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Willing to travel for business purposes
  • A full driving license - preferably clean


As this role requires access to a high level of confidential information security checks will be completed at induction.


Internal training on products and services will be provided. However, staff are also expected to consistently keep abreast of new developments, which would impact on his/her areas of responsibility. Personal training in relation to job description will be given as part of the company’s overall personnel development program.

Conditions of Employment Salary:

The salary and benefits for this position will be determined according to the experience of the person appointed.

General Guidance:

The nominal working week is 37.5 hours, although a degree of flexibility is both offered and expected. In specific circumstances there may be a requirement to work additional hours. Annual holidays are 24 days plus 7 public holidays.
