Who we are:
Established in 1992 the focus of Springboard has been on helping people maximise their positive choices.
Creating safe spaces, delivering needs-led learning, and building meaningful relationships have all been cornerstones to our approach.
We are proud to have worked with over 13,000 individuals, offering innovative learning and transformative opportunities on a local and international level. Every individual left their imprint on the organisation and been a valued member of the Springboard ‘family’.
What we do:
Face to face, e-learning or blended formal and informal development including skills training, qualifications, interactive workshops, and adventure learning give young people the opportunity to step outside of their comfort zone onto a remarkable journey of self-discovery.
Through our work we are committed to increasing mutual understanding within and across different groups and building a shared future.
Our programmes support and celebrate social action as young people are empowered to become agents of change through connecting with and shaping their communities.
We help young people to understand and manage their emotions, take control and feel more confident.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an ambitious individual to help shape the finance and services functions, who is as dedicated as we are to the mission of the charity, and who is looking to work in an environment that will support their development and growth through the training and development opportunities we provide.
