Digital Analytics Specialist (specialising in Google Tag Manager/ Google Analytics)

Our team consists of Digital Analytics and Marketing experts, dedicated to helping our clients succeed both online and offline, ensuring they get the most from the data available to them through better measurement, reporting, and insights.

We were the first agency across the Island of Ireland to be certified across the Google Marketing Platform, with certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Optimize. We are also a recognised Google Ads Partner.

We are looking for someone to join our Analytics team and be a key member contributing to our Tagging and Insights projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks but the primary tools we use on a daily basis are Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Google Optimize. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have proven experience working with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.


  • Technical implementation of web tracking using Google Tag Manager.
  • Implementation of conversion tracking pixels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Deep-dive analysis of Google Analytics data to find Actionable Insights for our clients.
  • Providing ongoing support for long term clients with data-related queries.
  • Keeping up to date with latest industry technologies and changes (e.g. GA4, GDPR etc).
  • Delivering digital analytics training to our clients either in-person or online.
  • Identifying opportunities in client accounts for tagging and insight projects and presenting these to the digital analytics director.
  • Supporting proposals that require tagging and data insight requirements.
  • Adhoc trouble-shooting, problem-solving and data-analysis as required.
  • Supporting the setting up A/B tests via Google Optimize and analysing the results.
  • Supporting the data visualisation team using Google Data Studio.
  • Contribute to GlowMetrics’ own marketing via blog content, thought leadership.
  • Any other related actions, within reason, as agreed with the Digital Analytics Director.


  • Proven experience working specifically with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Technical experience with some knowledge of Javascript, HTML & CSS.
  • Proven experience of data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Keen interest in web tracking technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
