TELEPHONE FUNDRAISERS - FULL TIME POSITIONS
A fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly expanding team in Holywood, Co Down. We work with high profile charities throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will play an important part in helping to generate much needed funds for many great charitable causes. We have part time positions available, and we provide flexible working hours to suit all. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to help make a difference
- To provide excellent service to all supporters in line with company standards.
- To ensure all relevant information is recorded on internal and external systems where required.
- To have a good understanding of the client on each campaign.
- To provide accurate information to the supporters.
- To select the appropriate outcome for each call.
- To work as part of a team with all staff to meet the company objectives.
- To take responsibility for own personal development in line with the monthly and annual performance objectives.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Accurate on PC.
- Clear communicator.
- Happy to work alone & part of a team.
- Telesales / Customer Service experience.

Salary: £8.91 per hour plus bonus incentives.
