Website / Customer Service Manager for Jude Law Boutique

Job description

  • Website management via creating new listings and product descriptions, sourcing relevant images and general website maintenance
  • Respond to customer queries, via telephone, e-mail and social media to enhance the customer service experience, quickly and efficiently addressing complaints
  • Stock control, via website, bar coding, manual stock checks and replenishment
  • Daily parcelling orders for despatch and handling returns
  • Liase with suppliers regarding orders, marketing materials, images and deliveries
  • Create and post social media stories and e-mail marketing plans to drive sales
  • General administration and supporting other store functions as required, including shop floor duties

This role may suit a recent graduate with an interest in business and digital marketing.
