We are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our Banbridge Office.
We are looking for someone who can multitask and who would excel in organising themselves to be able to meet various deadlines.
This is an interesting and varied role, full time, 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. Good telephone manner and organisational skills are essential, and applicants must be competent in using Excel, Word, and Outlook. Main responsibilities include: Answering the phone Dealing with post/email/scanning/dictation/diary management
General admin duties — To provide word processing (audio/copy/typing support) service to a very busy office. Supporting at least 2 solicitors.
