Sales Training Manager (Job Ref: 19N/STMR)
Randox is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Training Manager who will contribute to the company's overall sales growth and profitability through the development, implementation and management of effective sales training for Randox and Randox distributor staff.
The successful applicant will be responsible for expertly training various sales teams, on building their knowledge, skills and profitable outcomes, whilst providing an impeccable standard of service.
The Role:
• The motivation and management of a team of sales trainers
• Compose and deliver up-to-date training material on individual product groups
• Training of new starts and continual training of ongoing members of staff both on product and sales training techniques.
• Travel to global markets as and when required to deliver in-territory training to staff and distributors
• Plan, organise and control training at regional and product specific conferences
• Produce reports on conferences including aims and objectives outcomes and feedback on content
• Attendance and active participation at product training programmes and sales conferences
• Deliver training covering the following topics: client retention, cross selling, product knowledge, modifying sales techniques, closing leads, management of sales pipelines and time management,
Based at the Randox HQ in Northern Ireland, this role will involve international travel on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Criteria:
• 2.1 or above in a third level qualification in a science/business related discipline
• Extensive background in sales
• The ability to motivate and manage a team of Sales Trainers
• A positive attitude with the drive and work ethic to meet targets
• The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A willingness to travel internationally.
Training will be provided.
