Administrative Auction Assistant (permanent)
Ross’s are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our city centre office team. You will be responsible for managing the administration and inventory of online and physical art, jewellery & antiques auctions. You will deal regularly with customer enquiries via phone/e-mail and organising orders for dispatch.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
- Ensuring all auctions are well co-ordinated, and customers are satisfied with how their purchases have been handled.
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
