Administrative Auction Assistant (permanent)

Job Description:

Ross’s are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our city centre office team. You will be responsible for managing the administration and inventory of online and physical art, jewellery & antiques auctions. You will deal regularly with customer enquiries via phone/e-mail and organising orders for dispatch.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
  • Ensuring all auctions are well co-ordinated, and customers are satisfied with how their purchases have been handled.
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
