In full operation, you would be responsible for all the Distilling, Racking, Blending and Packaging of our whiskeys and bringing our Gin development to fruition. Our standards of efficiency, quality, cost and output will be demanding and we expect rapid achievement of these.

They must be able to use Microsoft Office and previous experience of PLC-based automation systems is desirable. Personally, the successful candidate must show the mix of a good team worker, yet one that shows clear leadership skills and will relish the “hands on” approach to project work.
