The Role:
• To manage a specific range of RTS Customer Accounts providing regular contact and encouraging collections and maximizing product sales.
• To offer and provide management information to all RTS customers via liaising with other RTS Sales Executives.
• To focus on Medico-legal customer base in order to expand customer sector.
• To develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of RTS services and products.
• Handle all customer sales & marketing calls coming through the office
• Support sales team relative to sales needs in customer development (quotations, maintaining key contacts, following up shipped products etc)
• Complete monthly sales reports
• CRM and in-depth sales analysis
• Work with logistics and finance to ensure customer stock and account management is up to date
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum of five secondary educational certificates or equivalent
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Flexible with regards to working hours when required
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills
• Strong business acumen
