Location - Knockbracken heathcare park , NIAS Emergency Ambulance Control
Salary - £9.83 per hour
Hours - 9-5 Monday - Friday
contract length - 1 year
The post holder will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative duties, systems administration, database and information support functions within the Continuous Development functions within Emergency Ambulance Control.
The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Control Training & Quality Improvement Officer and Quality Assurance Auditors in the daily management of services within the remit of the Control Training & Quality Improvement Unit (CTQIU). The post holder will also ensure that management information is produced in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
1. HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role
NVQ level 3 in administration AND 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
4 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3.
2. Working knowledge of electronic information systems/databases and inputting and extraction information
SECTION 2: The following are ESSENTIAL criteria which will be measured during the interview/ selection stage:
Experience of maintenance / system administration of computer systems.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team, and on own initiative.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload within tight timescales.
Have advanced keyboard skills and a working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages specifically the creation and manipulation of Excel and/or Access databases; knowledge of web based applications.
