Duties will include ensuring all relevant job related paperwork is returned and complete, POD management, processing sales invoices, scanning and electronically linking documents to jobs, dealing with invoice queries, processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, bookings to shipping invoices and fuel receipts.
The successful applicant must have previous experience in an office environment, a high standard of IT and numeracy skills, knowledge of the Transport industry would be an advantage.
This position is full-time Monday to Friday.
