RECEPTIONIST/TYPIST – FULL TIME
REQUIRED FOR BELFAST OFFICE
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Typist to join our team based at our Belfast Office. The position is full-time on a permanent basis.
Required qualifications, skills and experience:
Trained on modern telephone and computer systems and preferably with experience in a professional office. Audio typing skills desirable. High standard of interpersonal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.
The prime responsibilities are firstly to process all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay and in a courteous and helpful manner. Similarly, as receptionist, to receive and process all visitors to the firm, especially clients, in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. In these respects, there is a high degree of responsibility to project the image and ethos of the firm at all times.
1 The effective processing of all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and the taking and conveying of detailed messages
2 The provision of telephone support to Directors and other staff members as required
3 Dealing with all visitors to the reception area especially new clients
4 To ensure the tidiness of the reception area
5 To undertake other clerical and administrative duties including typing letters and filing as may reasonably be required from time to time
6 To ensure the confidentiality and security of the firm’s and client documentation and information
