Deloitte Transformation, Finance and Technology Academy

The Deloitte Transformation, Finance & Technology Academy, supported by the Department for the Economy, is a six week training programme to provide 25 graduates with the skills and experience required to take up exciting positions in Deloitte.
The roles on offer through this Academy are within three of our Belfast-based teams.
These teams are:
- Transformation services: provides programme management and change management support to our clients going through major transformations on a local, regional and global scale;
- Financial Controller Group: manages the project financials for our largest and commercially complex projects by providing support throughout the project lifecycle, from advising on pricing models to maximise profitability through proactively managing financial and commercial risks on engagements; and
- Workday: provides advice and support to our clients on the implementation of world leading Workday cloud solution.
Successful Academy participants will gain industry recognised qualifications and a potential offer of employment. Applicants must be available for interview on 13 June 2018.
The selection process will include on-line aptitude tests, submission of a CV and an interview.
Training for successful applicants will take place in Greater Belfast starting 23 July 2018. Participants will be paid a £150 training allowance per week and travel expenses.

Graduates must hold at least a 2.2 in any degree discipline – experience is not required.
