Antrim County Board, on behalf of the Gaelic Athletic Association, wish to appoint a
Salary Circa £60k
Gaelfast, a new initiative, is being implemented to raise and further develop the profile of the GAA among young people, their parents and communities across Belfast to increase participation in playing and involvement in Gaelic Games in the city.
Gaelfast is targeted with growing membership levels of GAA clubs across Belfast through a structured partnership development programme with the education and community sectors across the city and
covers all games of the Association and related bodies including Gaelic football, hurling/camogie, handball and rounders.
Gaelfast will focus on regenerating, enhancing and forging new relationships between schools and the GAA, initially focusing on primary schools and later secondary schools, including the delivery of high quality sporting programmes to increase participation, skills development and enjoyment from the games.
