About the Role

As the Lead Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of CosySolar’s solar projects. You will:

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure optimal solar solutions.
• Develop tailored project proposals based on customers' unique energy needs.
• Mentor and guide junior surveyors, contributing to their development and the success of the company.
• Engage directly with customers, converting potential leads into successful solar installations.
• Guide customers through the solar installation process from consultation to contract negotiation.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role (renewable energy experience is a bonus!).
• A full driving license.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
