HR Project Support Assistant (Part-Time, 25 hours per week)
Role Description
The post holder will be responsible for providing support to the Culture and Engagement team in the delivery of a range of award-winning people projects. The role is heavily project based and requires project support skills as well as the necessary administrative support (as required) to the Culture & Engagement Team. You will gain invaluable experience working predominantly within the core Culture & Engagement Team. In addition to this, you will also be exposed to NI Water’s Wellbeing, Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate in their application and where necessary at interview:
1. A minimum of five GCSEs including Math’s and English at grade C or above, or equivalent.
2. A minimum of six months experience in supporting projects.
3. Proficient in the use of ICT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, booking systems and Canva (or equivalent).
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary
This Band 7c role offers a competitive remuneration package with a salary scale of £20,842 - £25,474 per annum pro rata (further pay award pending).
Duration of Appointment
25 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months.
Location
The role will be based at Westland House, 40 Old Westland Road, Belfast, BT14 6TE.
