We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the following responsibilities and requirements:

Role Responsibilities (Overview)

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, such as search engine marketing, social media, blogs, email marketing, web, mobile, OOH and radio advertising, to drive traffic and conversions for the brand.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and email software, to achieve the marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse and optimise the performance of digital marketing activities using data and insights, and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Manage external agencies, ensuring optimal reach and ROI, and coordinating with them on creative and technical aspects of campaigns.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, tracking and reporting on the costs and results by channel and month, and ensuring adherence to the budget limits and guidelines.
  • Manage sponsorships, partnerships and events.
  • Brief and collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging and effective digital marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them accordingly, as well as conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Generate and execute new ideas to grow our brand awareness and customer loyalty, and test and experiment with different digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role, with a proven track record of delivering successful and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Email Marketing, WordPress, TGI, etc., and familiar with the technical and creative aspects of digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and improve the impact of digital marketing activities, using data and insights to drive decision-making and action.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and execute new ideas, and to test and experiment with different digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Technical & Non-Technical Skills

  • Excellent organisational, process and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with key stakeholder
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platform management.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Google Ads.
  • MS office proficiency.
