Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator based either in Belfast or Lisburn office. We are looking for an experienced individual to help with the support in the ongoing growth of the business.

Working as a Financial Service Administrator, you will be supporting the team in client portfolio management and the processing of data in our back-office system & investment platforms.

Salary - £23k-£25k negotiable depending on experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities -

  • Managing client databases on our back office system Intelligent Office(I.O)
  • Preparing and printing of quotations, valuations, brochures & application forms
  • Processing new business and servicing existing clients
  • Dealing with Investments companies, Insurance companies etc.
  • Undertake office administration generally including use of excel analysis database updating and file scanning.
  • Continue to develop your knowledge and understanding of any change in legislation and processes, internally and externally, which may impact your role.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience of using Intelligent Office


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Financial Services within an IFA firm
  • Knowledge of pensions & investments
  • Experience of process business with providers and investment platforms
