CIPD NI Awards shortlist announced

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is delighted to announce the shortlist for the CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards 2020.

Now in their eighth year, the awards celebrate the contribution of HR and people management to the success of organisations of all sizes and sectors in Northern Ireland.

The awards comprise of 12 categories recognising the achievements of individuals and teams, and the impact of initiatives in employee engagement, change management, workplace well-being, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and talent management. This year’s awards also include new categories for external consultancy and SMEs.

The entries were judged by a panel of 16 judges from academia, consultancy and leading public and private sector organisations in Northern Ireland.

The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony later in the year.

Specialist recruitment consultancy, MCS Group, are headline sponsor of the awards and nijobfinder are media partner once again.
